There are weddings that just stay. Because they were particularly beautiful. Because they were stylish. And because everything was just right. Goda and Ilya’s wedding was just such a wedding.
The couple wanted an elegant, clear concept – black and white should be the common thread of the day. And what can I say: it was simply wow. The guests all turned up in black, which created an incredibly elegant atmosphere. Only Goda – our stunning bride – wore white, which made her stand out even more. A picture for the ages.
The decorations were thought through down to the last detail: white roses, black napkins, golden accents and lots of warm light. It was a play of contrasts that was not only stylish, but also incredibly magical. A wedding you won’t forget in a hurry.
I was able to get to know Goda and Ilya in advance at a styling rehearsal in Almería. Even then, it was noticeable how calm and relaxed they both were. They carried this mood into their wedding – and thus also transferred it to their guests. The whole party was not only super relaxed, but also thoroughly likeable. And – I just have to say this – they were all beautiful. It really was a celebration of beautiful people, inside and out.
There was another small challenge behind the scenes: the venue had changed its entire management team shortly before the wedding. For us, this meant a bit more organisation and support from our own team. But: nobody noticed. Everything ran smoothly – and that’s exactly what counts.
The bottom line is that I remember a wonderful wedding – full of elegance, heart and so much beauty. And when I look at the photos, I realise again: Goda was an absolute dream bride.
Thank you for letting me be a part of it.
