What I do for you
Andalusia still hides dreamlike spots on beautiful beaches – made for a romantic symbolic ceremony by the sea. And right next door sit typical Andalusian fincas for a joyful, exuberant celebration. As a wedding planner in Spain, I get to fall in love with these settings all over again every single day.
You decide: a romantic beach wedding just the two of you or surrounded by your family and friends, a lively party at a typical Andalusian finca, or a beautiful after-wedding shoot on one of the dream beaches in the Cabo de Gata nature park.
Who I am
I’m Anna Ambrosiewicz – a happy blend of Polish diligence, German organisational talent and Spanish joie de vivre. Born in Poland, raised in Germany. In Cologne I first spent more than ten years supporting companies in marketing and advertising.
Even as a little girl I loved weddings, and after training as an event manager I dared to follow in the wedding-planning footsteps of Jennifer López and founded AMBROSIA WEDDING. I’ve worked as a wedding planner in Spain since 2012. Today I live with my partner and my son Pablo in the sunniest part of Spain, in the tapas city of Almería. Here I plan dream weddings – and get married all over again each time. I love looking into the shining eyes of couples and their guests as the ceremony begins. My heart leaps when I hear all the „ahs“ and „ohs“ and everyone is swept away by an individual wedding concept that runs like a golden thread through the whole décor. And when the guests have lost their voices the day after, I know the party was a success.

My team
I don’t do this alone. My team of professional, experienced wedding suppliers – florists, photographers, musicians, celebrants – is just as in love with weddings as I am. We know each other, we trust each other, and we know exactly how your day should flow. Together we create the personal, romantic wedding in Spain you’ve always dreamed of.

The ceremony touched us most of all. We’d like to thank Marit here – she did it so beautifully. She moved us deeply and gave a wonderful, personal speech. The guitarist’s music and the little details at the ceremony spot radiated a real magic. We also found the ritual she wove in so touching, where our guests could write down their wishes for us once more. We were moved by our fathers’ speeches, by one of my closest friends joining via Skype, and we loved the dance video from our family and friends.
The ceremony, the place with that view, the music – everything was magic. And you: the soul of it all. You gave us calm and confidence. I couldn’t have found a better wedding planner.
Not a day goes by when we don’t think about our time in Almería. Our guests still won’t stop talking about the wedding, and your team are at the centre of it all. We’re just so grateful and happy that you were involved in our day.
